The Maharashtra – Master of Computer Application – Common Entrance Test(MAH-MCA-CET) exam will organised for admission in any college in Maharashtra state for study Master of Computer Application(MCA).

MAH-MCA-CET exam will organised in every year in march month and it is conducted by Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra.

@raushan. U can get into any of the good colleges in mumbai minus VJTI and a slim chance at VESIT else its good for MET,KJ or thakur

@kailash For OMS seats wait for merits lists to come out! and they are too less as eve 10 more people applying to same college can change all demographics
@naveen if u r a maharashtra candidate thn expect in any good college though maybe not likes of VJTI but ofcourse in 3rd 4th rankers.
@jivaji u may get into college based on SC/ST quota if u have it in open chances are only for a mediocre college
@samaidun GOOGLE!!!!!!! or visit their official websites its all open!
@dilip expect in 2nd tier colleges! weak chance in mumbai!

You should fill only top 3 or 4 colleges in cap round I
because if not get in this round you move to cap round II and fill all top 20 colleges in cap round II.
According to my MAHCET 2010 experience if you not get good college in Cap round I then you definitely get better college in cap round II compare to first round.

If you have another better option like NIT, VIT Vellore than select these first.
Pune University is also a one of best but no doubt its little bit tough university compare to other university.
If u have no other option than first choice fill with VIT Pune than other. You can also easily get admission in top MCA colleges in Mumbai.

According to MAH-CET Counseling 2010
If any one get seat in top 4 college those he fill during CAP round1 then he will not move to CAP round 2.
Anyone get better college in CAP round 2. So try to move to CAP Round 2 then u will get a better college.

In MAH-CET there is no necessary maths at 12 level if u have maths subject at graduation level.
In MAH-CET eligibility u have maths at 12 level OR graduation level.
Other exams like NIMCET, BITS etc. require maths at both 12th and graduation level.
