first eat more calories: You have to eat 1000 extra calories daily to gain 1/2 a kg in a week.

Eat eggs over vegetables: You should take more eggs ( boiled or half fry )

High protein content: Take more protein for more weight like potatoes, rice and tapioca.

More Milk,  juices and energy drinks: it supplies more nutrients and more calories.

Take Bear not wine: Taking Bear also improves your Weight.

Take light weight exercise: It helps to shape your body
